Project Team: Popa Camelia, Cimpean Bianca Status: Finished 2021 Photography: Flaviu Tanase This apartment has a lot of character in terms of designing a space that fits the couples personality like a glove and also hosts a playful orange cat. The theme all around was a shabby feeling, functional and easy to clean, because a baby was also on the way. For more light in the hallway we put down a wall between the kitchen and the hallway and rebuilt it as a glass separator that lets the light flow. The bathroom has a very innovative mosaic, that is in fact a big piece of tile, with the same effect, but a lot cheaper. We also played throughout the space with faux rattan, in order to give the space extra coziness. Because this project was made during the pandemic, the painting on the walls are made by the client, that had a blast spending time indoor doing what she loves.
