Project team: Camelia Popa, Cimpean Bianca Status: Finished 2022 Photography: Flaviu Tanase Initial brief was all white: white floors , white walls, white doors and white furniture. But the brief also stated classic-glam, therefore the royal blue and green velvety colours merged perfectly with the white and ivory base. The entire kitchen wall was hand painted with a special paint in layers and golden accents, that we find throughout all the apartment in details like door handles, furniture legs, faucets and lighting fixtures. The challenge was the open-space's layout, that had to host a kitchen with an island, couch and TV area, hallway and a dining area. Therefore the curvy furniture edges make this space visually have a softened trail and an optimised flow. Mirror accents on the walls and plinth, in sync with smoky glass make the space seem bigger and add another glam vibe. In the bathroom precious materials were used like glossy marble, wood, golden faucets and fixtures, even golden accents between tiles. The boy's room, that is passionate about LEGO, enhances it's sleeping area by a dynamic wallcovering, but also has a lot of toy spaces and a reading custom bench beneath the window for great lighting.
