This interior design project has transformed a 170 sqm duplex into a sophisticated and modern space, completed in 2025 and spread across three levels: the ground floor, the first floor, and the attic. In line with the clients' requirements, we strategically repositioned the kitchen to optimize functionality, and in the living area, we created a dedicated home cinema space. This area features discreetly integrated speakers within the walls, furniture, and ceiling, offering a captivating audio experience and perfect ambience for relaxation. The first floor, designated for the children, was carefully designed to reflect the uniqueness and needs of each space, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. In the daughter’s bathroom, modern design choices come to life with colorful wallpapers and a freestanding bathtub accented by terracotta tile finishes, while the son’s space is styled in sophisticated hues of sage and grey taupe. In the attic, reserved for the parents, an additional bathroom has been added to the master bedroom, alongside a second innovative living area separated by a glass wall. This room opens to a terrace that is planned to be covered and elegantly finished, thereby enhancing the overall area of leisure and social interaction. Throughout the home, natural materials such as wood, stone, and microcement blend seamlessly with soft pastel tones to create a warm and inviting environment. Carefully curated ambient lighting further accentuates each area by providing both sophistication and comfort. The project was driven by continuous, in-depth discussions with the client, ensuring that every detail was executed to the highest standards—from the initial concept stage to the final oversight of the works.
